Hey, I’ve figured something out. I’ve been trying to call people and insurance agents to get updated policies. These people are just like me, they don’t answer their phone!!!!
One agent specifically asked that I email them. Luckily for me, when they don’t answer I leave a voicemail the 800 # and the queue # so it goes to any processor besides me. They then send the info to me to close the task so I’m not getting direct calls yet 😉

I try to avoid answering my phone too!! If you want me, email me!

I worked on a call center once, ever since then I hate the idea of answering the phone at work.
